Retorik Studio is a 2 in 1 service: both back end for administration of your digital employee, and conversation orchestrator. Our service allows you to configure, personalize and communicate with your digital employee, providing you with all the tools you need.
Retorik Studio orchestrates different tools essential to its operation: Speech to Text, to convert human speech into text, AI models, conversational orchestration, and Text to Speech, to synthesize the response.

Retorik Studio gives you total control over your digital employee and their speech. Its default LLM is Llama 3.1 8B, hosted internally for sovereignty reasons. However, you can choose and configure another external LLM (like that of Open AI, Mistral, Claude, Gemini, etc.). Retorik Studio is equipped to work with the language model of your choice.
Retorik Studio brings together all the skills, activatable or not, from which your digital employees can benefit: reception skills, knowledge bases specific to different professions, appointment making, etc. Our service allows you to create the ideal digital employee adapted to your profession.

Our hybrid approach to AI
Retorik Studio presents a hybrid approach to AI, based on a neural system and allowing it to imitate the behavior and reasoning of humans. Our powerful service allows us to orchestrate our different AI models and provides digital employees as close to humans as possible.
The objective of our digital employees is to deal with an NLP problem. Their understanding is based on NLU techniques, and their adapted responses are constructed through the use of NLG. Between understanding the question and formulating the answer, Retorik Studio uses decision trees to make choices, reflections, question its own knowledge, and thus provide the best possible answer to the user.
